I Came from a big Italian family and ever since I was a little “bambino” I was In the kitchen trying to learn everything I possibly could and was just fascinated within the process and in love with the flavor when it was all done. I have cooked Italian, American, Asian, Cajun, Caribbean, French, all types of dishes and and just simple a fan of what taste good no matter what you call it or where it’s from!
