I'm very dedicated to my job, I take pride in my food. I want to create a menu that uses local ingredients as well as others. Having a nice variety of dishes as well to keep the customers coming back. I have gone to culinary school and have chef experience. I have also trained many people in the kitchen. I'm also very timely being on time is very important to me. I have respect for fellow employees and other workers that's very important to keep a good atmosphere in the kitchen. My last sous chef position I had to create 2 specials everyday as well as 5 happy hour items. I know what food pairs well with others for maximum flavor.
