I bring to the table 40yrs. food service experience, I have been studying to become a nutrition specialist. I have recently been trying to learn more about organic foods and picking up as much information as possible about non- gmo foods, I also know a little about gluten free diets, as I work in a hospital kitchen. Most of all I want out of the corporate world.
