A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Dallas Texas.. I have a range of cooking from simple Comfort food to fine dining.. not to mention Cakes and Pastries. I was a chef at Disney in Orlando, Florida. Now back in Dallas, currently on staff as a full-time Chef. I have the honor of working under a Master Chef. I love what I do! Cooking for others brings me joy and given the ability to learn more each day is a God gift in my books.
