Chef Job in Weston, Massachusetts

We’re a growing family living in Weston, seeking a chef to prepare meals off site and deliver twice a week. Ideal drop offs are Monday and Wednesday, dropping off 2 dinners and 2 lunches on Monday, and 1 lunch and 1 dinner on Wednesday. Dinners would be portioned for 3 people, whereas lunches are just for 2. We are looking for a chef that is experienced preparing healthy, clean, asian inspired meals. We’re open to other cuisines, but primarily prefer Asian inspired (Chinese mostly, specifically Taiwanese). The dinners should be packaged family style and consist of 1 main dish and 2 sides. Lunches should be packaged into individual portion sizes. The chef would be responsible for coordinating with me via email each week regarding meal prep for the week, preparing meals in your own kitchen, labeling meals, and dropping off meals with instructions to reheat. The ideal start date is ASAP. We are flexible however, and can wait until the new year if needed. More details regarding preferences and restrictions will be provided.
