Looking for an experienced, professional, chef to prepare extremely careful and simple and specific food according to a LOW HISTAMINE and low fodmap diet. Must be educated on the dietary restrictions above. Must be extremely detail oriented and follow direction carefully as I have en extremely sensitive and specific diet. Must be able to come cook at least 3-4 times per week. Must be a good communicator and work with us as my diet can hopefully become less restrictive over time.
