After 10 years as a popular coffee shop with great sandwiches and salads, we are looking for a consultant chef who will help us elevate our menu, improve our food program, sourcing, processes.
Must have:
Experience managing a kitchen
Able to design creative menu
Experience with vegan and gluten-free
Experience as pantry chef
Experience with menus with no cooking
Help with sourcing and costing
After initial consulting, help us start the good operations. Then possible help with occasional reviews.
