Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced personal chef to prepare meals in Calabasas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meal preparation, planning, shopping, and ensuring that our dietary needs are met. This includes catering to a vegetarian diet for the wife and adhering to a specific Repairvite diet for the husband, as per doctor's recommendation. The wife is slowly transition to pescatarian but still prefers a vegetarian base diet. They also have 2 small children you can make the husbands food more kid friendly and make extras for them. The kids don't need different meals. Responsibilities: -Plan and prepare custom meals twice a week in accordance with the dietary requirements (Vegetarian and Repairvite diet). (Come Mondays and Thursdays) -Cooking lunch and dinner Monday, Tuesday, Thursday ,Friday and only lunch for Wednesday. -Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients while adhering to the dietary restrictions and preferences. -Cook meals in our kitchen, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation at all times. -Package meals and store them in the fridge with clear heating instructions if necessary. -Clean up the kitchen and cooking area after meal preparation. Requirements: -Proven experience as a personal chef. -Strong understanding and experience with vegetarian and pescatarian cuisine. -Familiarity with the Repairvite diet or willingness to learn and adapt to specific dietary guidelines. -Excellent culinary skills and creativity in meal planning. -Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. -Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality meals. -Flexible schedule to accommodate cooking twice a week in Calabasas. -Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
