We are looking for support in eating healthier as a family. We have tried to go vegan in the past (just the two of us) and it didn't last too long because we didn't know what to cook after a little while. We found out that we have a sensitivity to dairy products and want to incorporate more of a plant-based diet. We are hoping to get assistance with grocery shopping, meal prep 1-2x per week, and guidance on eating a balanced healthy diet.
