REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:  Communication  Attention to Detail REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:  Experience working in kitchens in the service industry  Experience in food preparation  Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere  Demonstrated skills in restaurant kitchen operations POSITION REQUIREMENTS:  Deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties  Prepare each recipe to Shoeless Joe’s specs and procedures in a timely manner  Ability to coordinate cooking times appropriately; develop and maintain necessary level of speed  Ensure food quality and safe food handling at all times  Maintain good personal hygiene practices at all times; general cleanliness and sanitation  Monitor and minimize waste through careful planning and flawless execution  Team player; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure  Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events  Company and Legislative compliance  All other duties as outlined in detailed Position Profile Line experience not a requirement, but you must have some experience working in a kitchen.
