The ideal candidate will be creative, with a strong understanding of food presentation, techniques and recipes. You will have an eye for detail, and a flair for creating delicious meals. You will need to have a proven track record in the kitchen, as well as experience with a variety of culinary techniques, including grilling, baking and braising. You should be comfortable using a variety of kitchen techniques, and confident in working with a variety of ingredients. You should be able to manage a busy kitchen, keep up with the demands of the job, and be able to work well as part of a team.
