My name is daniel. I was wondering if you had a few mintues to answer some questions of mine. Eventually I would like to open up my own business which would be a cafe and a resturnant. I am doing my homework on CULINARY ARTS. How do you feel about that degree? Is it worth it or is it worth just getting hands on training? I was wanting to know how you became a chef?
