Good evening! My husband and I own a small catering business. We have a small wedding of 60 people that we have contracted to cater next Saturday, August 3rd in Lakewood, CO. We have had a family emergency come up and our backup chef is out with a medical condition. Would anyone possibly be able to execute a fairly simple menu that has also been prepped for you to deliver and setup? My chef was going to stay to help serve and breakdown but if you can't do that I will hire someone else to help! Please let me know asap if this is something you may be interested in and what your cost would be! Thank you!
