Hours of Operation: · Mon - Fri: 11AM - 7PM · Sat - Sun: 11AM - 3PM Hiring for the following positions, and willing to train the right people. Our Back of House BOH Cook Team sets up and stocks the line area with necessary food items and supplies; Cooks all menu offerings following all recipes and presentation guidelines; Maintains a safe food environment according to all regulations and guidelines; Maintain a high standard of cleanliness. The line cook will have complete knowledge on how to prepare all Cafe offerings. No grease. Nothing fried! Our Back of House BOH Meal Prep staff is responsible for prepping and assembling our amazing meal plans entrees and grab-n-go dinner. Chops vegetables and other foods/ingredients; Assembles meal plan menu items, grab ‘n’ go meals, and marketplace sweets; Learns and builds franchise recipes and menu items; Helps prepare caterings, large orders in between peak hours. Sets up and stocks stations with all necessary supplies; Maintains a clean and organized work area; as well as cleaning dishes and appliances, line cleaning, sweeping and mopping.
