Looking for a health-conscious, passionate, Gluten-free, Dairy-Free, chef for 2-12 people. Find recipes and utilize cookbooks provided to create a diverse dining experience. Keep the kitchen well stocked, list on the board what to order. Meal prep when possible to save time. Ideal Diet: 80% alkaline and 20% acid. Must be able to meal prep and provide ready-made or simple to heat up meals for the family during their days off. Setting the table, washing dishes, and serving the family while at the table. -Clock out for a 15-30 minute lunch break between family meals Daily Meal Requirements: Wear gloves when preparing raw fruits and vegetables. gloves not necessary for washing/chopping foods to be cooked. Salad- 1-2x/day Smoothie- 3x/ week Soup- 3x/week Organic antibiotic-free Meat- 2-3x/day (Chicken, Cornish Hen, Veil, Turkey, Salmon, Mahi-Mahi, Red Snapper, SeaBass) Homemade almond/ oat/ nut/ hemp/ gogi berry milks daily. Celery juice and other juices daily. Guacamole (different versions) – 1x/day Food dehydrator 3-5x/ week for homemade crackers, dried fruits, and veggie chips. Morning: 1) Morning make 1-2 thermoses of tea 2) Morning make flavored water pitcher daily 3) Make breakfast ready at 9 AM 4) Ensure vitamins/supplements are taken, vitamin drinks/smoothies prepared Lunch: Lunch ready at 12 pm 1) Make 1-2 thermoses of tea 2) Ensure vitamins/supplements are taken, vitamin drinks/smoothies prepared Afternoon Snack 3 pm: Fruit salad, nut butter. Evening: Dinner ready at 6 PM Ensure vitamins/supplements are taken, vitamin drinks/smoothies prepared Make calming chamomile or rose tea. Work 4 -8 hours a day and prep for days off. Flexible schedule.
