Chef Job in Los Angeles, California

Hi, this is for a super cool & unique cafe start up. So prior to working in shop, I'm looking for help in the planning process, meaning sourcing quality ingredients and replicating recipes. The main specialities of the shop will mostly be sugar based, including: - Boba Tea (with all the additional jellies that Asia provides) - Ice cream (Cremia Style) - Donuts (from mochi to normal donuts but with designs) - Taiyaki (w/ custard, red bean filling) - Coffee and Tea - Green Tea Bakery Assortments - A few other flashy foods (ie: Rainbow Grilled Cheese Sandwich) The reason for Japanese duplication is: - Quality Taste - Presentation (For Viral Content) Additionally, I'd like to experiment with monk fruit, erythritol, and allulose for keto quality alternatives. This being said, you should ideally have a background and relations with some of these above listed foods and their shops in Japan. Or have won Master Chef..
