Lunch and dinner 2per week and food prep

Individual
Frequency & Amount:
2 drop offs per week
4 lunches and 4 dinners for 3 people
2 pasta dishes each week for 1 person (kid friendly, for our 13 yr old)
Side of chopped green onions
1 liter of pico de gallo
Ideal drop off is Mon and Wed, but we're flexible
Preferences:
Food is dropped off in glass containers
Very light on sauce, oil and salt
No dairy-- butter, cheese etc (this doesn't apply for pasta dishes)
No soy sauce, we prefer Ocean's Halo soy alternative. Tofu is okay, but in moderation
Sweetener - Very, very little sugar is any. Coconut sugar, maple syrup (low glycemic)
Carbs - No refined carbs. Prefer complex carbs, and prefer to have carbs at lunch vs dinner.
Protein - lean protein. We're good with all protein but try to limit red meat.
Ideally lunch is simple - a bowl, a salad, occasionally a sandwich with a side. This is the time to incorporate complex carbs.
Dinner - one main and two sides, preferably vegetable side. Light on carbs.
