Looking for a seasoned personal chef in East Hampton to cook occasional meals June through November. No food allergies or dietary concerns - farm-to-table sensibility. Baking skills are a definite plus . Non-smoker, please, and ability to work alongside fellow staff members a must. An eye for detail with respect to plating equally as valuable as culinary expertise - and a calm, quiet demeanor is preferred. Must be comfortable with two friendly dogs.
