Looking for a seasoned personal chef in Palm Beach for the remainder of December through to May - with an open option to work in East Hampton for the remainder of the year. Five days per week including weekends - 2 week days off. Would prefer a chef who lives in FL. No food allergies or dietary concerns - farm-to-table sensibility. Baking skills are a definite plus . Non-smoker, please, and desire to take full command of kitchen preferred. Ability to work alongside fellow staff members a must. An eye for detail with respect to plating equally as valuable as culinary expertise - and a calm, quiet demeanor is preferred. Must be comfortable with two friendly dogs. Please provide a resume and salary expectation.
