Job details: Restaurant: Isaander Authentic Thai kitchen address: 2961 Dundas street west, Toronto ON M6P 1Z2 work location: same as above Position: Thai food cook vacancy: 1 Salary: $21/ hour Term of employment: permanent, full-time (40 hours/wk) overtime rate 1.5 times regular pay will apply after 44hrs/wk Start date: as soon as possible Job description: - Prepare and cook complete Thai meals or individual dishes in accordance with standards and in a timely manner - Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies - Inspect kitchens and food service areas - Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food - Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances - Clean kitchen and work areas - Maintain inventory and records of food - Monitor and order supplies Requirements: Languages : can communicate in basic English to get the job done.
