This seems like a good place for a resume which I would love to share but I'm always happy for a narrative that gives you the essence of a person. I am a career Culinarian who joined the workforce in a field that promised to showcase his talent. And I did not disappoint nor am ever disappointed when I can use my talent to create and serve. I am capable, practiced and experienced in many aspects of the culinary arts including but not limited to Italian, French, Continental, regional especially Texas, Vegan, Vegetarian and a specialist Pastries and the general presentation arts. I manage and lead and am an experienced business professional. I train, teach and mentor but with all my experience I happily and loyally follow the leader. I keep a calm demeanor, underline the word Hustle and always get my work done. I am looking for a position with challenges enough to keep my interest.
