My name is Michael Burnett and I have been a sous chef for three years. I enjoy the fast pace and daily challenges of the kitchen and work well with and leading others. My cooking style is very eclectic and I easily adapt to new situations or challenges. I have worked fine dining and high volume restaurants and have experience on every station and overseeing ordering and scheduling. Competition dining series, Fall for Greenville, and the Secret Table are just a few of the extra curricular activities I have had the pleasure to be a part of as well as some knowledge of molecular gastronomy and newer cooking techniques.
