Healthy living may seem difficult at times due to our busy lifestyles. I focus on organic food and combine flavor that brings a feeling of healthiness and satisfaction to familiy’s lives. My father was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer last year and I cared for him as he went through chemo and radiation, after he had his prostate removed. Due diligence on holistic living and natural food intake, helped heal him from the inside out. We know the importance of vitamins in our food and we’ll actually taste the difference between an organic carrot and a packaged processed carrot. Organic food and healthy eating/living will be the change you need in life and will give the client energy to take on the day. In addition to cooking, I like to offer material as optional reading for the client to have a better understanding of what to expect from the food they are eating. I will personalize everything based on the clients needs and choices; cooking anything they choose. I live in Tanglewood, which is a very centralized location, therefore, I have easy access to come and go. Please let me know your thoughts.
