I am a professionally trained Chef in Cuisine and Pastry and also Certified “Food Protection Manager” making sure food is safely handled at all times. Recently worked as a Manager/ Chef Instructor until late last year when I decided to start PCA Chef Services where I focus mainly on 3 aspects: - As a Personal Chef for busy families and individuals who value a great home cooked meal but don’t have the time or the ability to prepare it themselves. - Private Cooking Classes at home: for individuals and small groups. - Cakes and Pastries for everyday or special occasions. Being experienced in both sweet and savory I am able to give a complete and fully customized culinary experience.
