I am a personal chef based in Wilmington, North Carolina. I have more than two years in professional kitchens & an extensive back ground working as a personal chef. I am an entrepreneur who is deeply passionate about creating nutritious and delicious food for your everyday life. I believe looking and feeling your best starts in the kitchen. Over the years, I have realized that we live in a society that doesn't cater to taking the time to putting nutritious food in our bodies. It takes a lot of time to find recipes, grocery shop, prep meals, cook food and clean up afterwards. And so many of us are to busy with work, school, family commitments, running kids to and from school and activities, social obligations to make a delicious and nutritious meal happen each night. My passion is to come along side family's and individuals who do not have the time or ability to make that happen every day by coming in and helping you reach your needs and goals.
