Chef in New York, New York

My career entails cooking in upscale or fine dining restaurants. Having worked in various different cuisine restaurants, I have a good understanding about food and repertoire of different cuisine. Primarily I'm well adept with Japanese, French, American cuisine and have a good basis for Italian, Middle Eastern, Korean, Chinese and Thai cuisine. I maintain a weekly meal plan for my wife, prior I cooked for my parents and friends (friends that were roommates so I cooked frequently), so I know my ability to be a good private chef that can cater to someone's dietary needs. As well as making staff meal regularly that included various types of dietary restrictions, this food had high standards of quality otherwise the staff would not eat it. Furthermore I used to run my own food truck here in NYC and capably responsible to handle and exceed what is required. Honestly the reason why I'm looking for work as a private chef is, now I have to fully financially support my wife and need additional income outside of my current job. I would do my best to be an amazing private chef, making great food.
