CHEF ERNESSE ATTELUS BIOGRAPHY Chef Ernesse Attelus, born on the beautiful Caribbean island of Freeport Bahamas. He relocated to Pompano Beach Florida at the age of one. Chef Ernesse Attelus graduated with his associates degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute Of Fort Lauderdale. He also earned his Culinarian Certification from The American Culinary Federation and is also SafeServe certified. Chef Ernesse Attelus possessed the passion and vision to bring his culinary creations to life since the young age of ten; With a specialty in Island Caribbean cuisine, he is able to execute any style cuisine to the clients desire. Including but not limited to, dietary restrictions, food allergies. Chef Ernesse Attelus began his Private Chef journey working for NBA player Mario Chalmers.
