My name is Ebony Spearman. I was born and raised in Miami, Fl. I had a passion for cooking and food ever since I was a young child. I decided I would pursue a career in the culinary art field after I graduate high school. After I graduated high school, I enrolled at Johnson and Wales University's North Miami Campus. In 2010, I graduated from Johnson and Wales University with an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts. During my career in the culinary arts, I had the opportunity to work and gain experience in several different areas of the food industry but I soon learned my calling was as a private chef. In 2012, I pursued a career as a private chef. It was a long and hard but rewarding journey. Over the years, I became proficient in a variety of cuisines and modern cooking techniques. I also have the sensitivity to create custom menus in accordance with my cilents lifestyle and eating habits, which includes vegan, raw vegan, low carb and gluten free meals.
