Trained in Los Angeles, New York City and Italy and proficient in Italian cuisine. Enthusiastic and driven to develop recipes, meal plans and events for all kinds of clients. Currently works with clients of all kinds in the Los Angeles area. For the past 10 years she has created menus for every dietary need, from Vegan to Paleo, Macrobiotic to Farm to Table; tailoring any need and sourcing any product.
