I am seeking to become a private chef for the right family in the upstate. I am also interested in making great food foe those on dietary restrictions who are living in an Assisted Living Community. I have worked in restaurants since 1986 and have most recently been the Executive Chef at the Poinsett Club in Greenville South Carolina for over two years. I started there as Executive Sous Chef in 2000. I have knowledge of ingredients from a wide variety of cuisines and have experience in all aspects of cooking and running a kitchen.
