I am a contemporary chef with a solid background in french cuisine. I source product as locally as possible and eat/serve organic and non gmo whenever possible. My culinary background and love for all things delicious allow's me to fuse ingredients and flavors from a variety of different cuisines. I am very client focused on menu creation for two reasons, one, you're the one that gets to eat and enjoy, and two, i rather enjoy cooking new and exciting meals.
