My Passion is engaging all 6 senses through the dining experience. I received my Culinary Arts Degree in 2005 from Sullivan University since then I have worked in catering as a Server, and a Chef. I have been an executive chef in Austin Texas for a vegan food truck This inspired my desire to use food as a medium to heal the physical, spiritual and mental bodies. I am a Salsa and Latin dance Choreographer/ Dancer as well. Being exceptional as a cook, and dancer I wanted a way to bridge my 2 passions together then the idea popped into my head.
