Ever since I was 17 years old I wanted to be a chef, I think when I get down to the heart of it I just enjoyed making people very happy, and that starts with enjoying a beautifully presented well-balanced healthy dish that can you can relate to. I moved to New Orleans to start my culinary career when I was 21 years old, a young kid delving into what is now known as one of the biggest capitals of the United States. Attended Delgado Community College and receive my chef apprenticeship degree. I was so very fortunate to work with some of the greatest cooks and chefs New Orleans had to offer. Names like Gus Martin, Paul Prudhomme, Emeril Lagasse, John Besh, the Commander's Palace family of restaurants. I have moved back to Florida and hopes of finding people that I could please with the remarkable amount of knowledge I have accumulated in my time cooking. I've done stages at Michelin restaurants and cooked at the James Beard house in New York, along with a number of remarkable accolades.
