I started in the industry at the age of 17, and haven't looked back. I don't have a degree, just hands on experience and great passion for what I do. I've been in my current position for 12 years, and was voted regional, and national chef of the year in 2014. I'm looking for a change to a venue where the talents I've taught myself will be appreciated. Those talents include: butchering, cheese making, meat curing, fresh jams and jellies, nurturing special dietary needs and of course customer service.
