Chef in Blue Point, New York

I have made Italian, Indian, Jamaican, Spanish, Greek, Southern, Low Country, New England and numerous other domestic dishes while providing my services to many different facilities. I have coordinated catered events, including the menus, staffing and the cooking, managed weddings and chef-ed for numerous organizations and group events. I am looking to provide and possibly enhance the dining experiences for people, just the ordinary people I've grown up with. I believe people look for an eating experience different from the usual "Burger Joint" or diner. We eat with our eyes, then nose and finally our taste. I've worked and studied to enhance these three aspects of dining. I'm looking for a place where I can apply these attributes.
