Rosen has diverse experience in the Food Service Industry including high-end fine dining
restaurants and large volume casual dining establishments. Originally trained in French cuisine,
Michael has worked with many other celebrated chefs in Southern California including Patrick
Jamon and Leonard Schwartz. He has expanded his experience to include specialties such as--
