Chef T is a creative, hard-working, talent in the kitchen with an incredible passion for cooking and sharing his skills with others, and a genuine spirit. He prepared an impeccable Thanksgiving meal where the glazed ham melted in my mouth with delicious flavors and I didn’t like holiday ham until I had his! The deserts were heavenly, especially the pineapple/strawberry upside down cake—my mouth is still watering! All my dinner guests were in awe of the entire meal. Oh, and he is formally trained in Pastry! I look forward to hiring him for my next dinner event!

Ty has been cooking for our house for sometime. He is wonderful. He makes an amazing sweet chili rubbed chicken that is to die for. Try his cheesecake too. So pretty. My guests were very impressed and he helped create such a fond memory for all of us. His food along with his beautiful presentation was impressive to all. We look forward to having him cook for us again next holiday.
