I have been passionate about food my entire life. To me, there's nothing more fun than preparing good food! While baked goods and sweets are my absolute passion, I also thoroughly enjoy cooking. My style is simple, uncomplicated, yet extremely tasty dishes. If you're a fan of French food, than I'm not the chef for you. I'm also a big fan of healthy cooking. Most times, chefs use too much butter, sugar, oil, when in actuality, you could easily leave out a third, half, or, in some cases, ALL of the ingredient for more healthy cooking. I apply this same practice to my baked goods. I tend to make my layer cakes with a third less sugar without anyone realizing that I did so.
