I am extremely well-traveled, having lived abroad in countries like Chile, Thailand, and Mexico—and it shows in my work. I love cooking international cuisine, though my training is in French classical. I make healthy, fresh dishes, but with Midwestern sensibilities that do not sacrifice flavor. I have a full-time job in fashion, but I work from home and have a lot of flexibility in my schedule, so I am available to cook either from my own house or in the evenings/weekends.
