I’ve been a cook and mom most of my life and I believe food is medicine. I want to help people learn to how to cook and eat healthier. Give them more self sufficiency and less dependency on pre packaged foods that have little to no nutrients and are the cause of a lot of the health problems we have today. I’ve worked in many restuarants and kitchens for the last 20 years. My only education is the experiences that I have had.
