I am a Russian born, retired geothechnical engineer, residing for the last 21 years in the USA. As a second nature, all my life I was passionate about health, fitness, and longevity. Being trained as a researcher, I applied my skills to longevity research, which I conducted in many countries. It culminated in my book "Control for Life Extension.
