I grew up and went to culinary school in the Haute-Alpes region of France. I’ve been living and working in Seattle for the last 5 years working for restaurenteur Tom Douglas. I have my US passport and would like to do seasonal work to learn more about different parts of the country as well as share my passion for cooking and managing kitchens. I’ve spent this last winter traveling in Guatemala and Mexico and am eager to work. I can start as early as May 10 for entire season.
