I was born and raised in the South of Louisiana, but learned most of what I know about food in Jamaica. As it turns out, my cooking style is very much inspired by the bold, spicy, and smokey flavors of the tropics and the islands; but also by the West African, Far East, and Louisiana Creole traditions. Ingredients are always sourced locally, organically and wild as possible; seasoned with international and indigenous, spices and herbs, right from our patio.
