I love to cook exciting, creative and delicious food that is 100% plant-based. I have a lot of experience creating popular plant-based dishes for restaurants, supermarkets, diners and gourmet markets from Cleveland to NYC, and Bangkok to London as well as right here in Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery counties. I grew up in the restaurant business, working for my father and trained at The Restaurant School right here in Philly. I am Serve Safe Certified and happy to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. I specialize in creating menus that are accessible, express your tastes, create a sense of adventure and fun and encourage your guests to participate in the excitement of the moment.
