Chef Michael Coppola Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Chef Michael Coppola and newly relocated to Waxhaw, North Carolina from Colonia, New Jersey. Prior to relocating, I was the Executive Chef for chef•ologie Culinary Creations, a company owned by me and my wife Sharon. As the Executive Chef for chef•ologie, I had the opportunity to create and prepare for my clients a vast assortment of meals, with my main focus on clean, yet savory dishes using only the most exceptional and freshest ingredients available. In New Jersey, I found that the majority of my clients were looking for affordable meals focusing on weight management and an overall healthy lifestyle. As a result, I created an entire portion controlled menu, Fit Lifestyle menu, for men and women. Meals were high in protein, low in carbohydrates and all were strictly portioned (weighed) to ensure proper intake per meal. I also catered to clients with various dietary restrictions and health conscious individuals and families. I have created menus specifically to meet my client’s dietary needs. As a result, I have an extensive and diverse menu centering on the following: Heart Healthy, Diabetic Friendly, Gluten-Free, Low Calorie, Low Carb, High Protein and No Whites. My clientele ranged in age from early 20’s to early 70’s. From individuals looking to lose weight to Cross Fit gym members, I catered to them equally successfully. With my passion for cooking, my desire to offer only the best for my clients and my impeccable attention to detail, I pride myself on going above and beyond my client’s expectations, ensuring every aspect of food preparation and presentation is flawless.
