Food is and always has been my PASSION. Growing up in a bi-lingual Italian household, I quickly learned and understood the importance of great cuisine and how it brings people together. I spent many years in Italy where I was able to experience the art of culinary on a whole different level and when I returned to the USA, I wanted to share this knowledge and passion with others. After gaining more knowledge by working in the New York City restaurant scene, I established my own catering business and created special events for my clients where we could share the experience of fabulous food and wonderful service. My clients have always been my focus, and will continue to be for as long as I'm a chef. Wonderful food is transformative! And my mission has been to share great food and energy with as many people as possible.
