30 years cooking experience. I am a classically trained Chef. For the past 15 years I primarily work for musicians as their personal chef traveling with them around the world. Prior to that I worked in the restaurant/catering business as a Souls Chef as well as a Executive Chef. I am personally on a plant based diet, but i do cook animal products for about 70 percent of my clients. I am efficient in plant based cooking as well as gluten free, keto, and paleo diets. I can also cook foods from almost all the different countries in the world including for example Mexican, French, Italian, Indian, Thai and Irish.
