I am a working chef in the Pittsburgh area that has a great passion for food. I currently develop exciting menus and oversee all food preparation and service in a large dining facility. In addition to the food preparation and service, I am also responsible for maintaining superior levels of sanitation as well as controlling operating, labor and food costs. I have worked in a variety of kitchens and can prepare a vast array of foods for any occasion.
