Whatever the starting point I'll make it work. We can start with a blank sheet of paper and create your menus, or I can take your menus and bring them to life. Either way my goal will always be to exceed expectations. I can shop efficiently to purchase all that's required for your event. If the goal is a single smaller event I can work independently and do everything myself. However should you require a "General Contractor" type chef for your event and need more services, I can do that as well. This could include additional service staff if needed, rentals of tables, chairs, dishes, silverware, glassware, linens and coordination on the day of the event. Please contact me with any questions.
