Hello and welcome. I am Chris, a traveling seasonal chef in Bar Harbor for the summer season. I have over fifteen years of experience from fine dining, catering, to high-end lodges. I specialize in local cookery with fusion influences. I will create menus to your liking and have no problems working with food allergies. My goal is to provide you with a memorable meal with a high level of customer service. Private dinners from two to fifteen plated and family style buffets up to twenty people.
