I'm a dynamic leader with deep knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine, ingredients and preparation methods. In addition to my kitchen experience, I have extensive hospitality experience working for the Jumeirah Group in the UAE where I worked at Burj Al Arab Hotel, Emirates Towers Hotel and Jumeirah Hospitality, the outside catering division of the group which catered to the highest profile events in the UAE such as Royal weddings, IMF meetings, Dubai World Cup amongst others. I moved to New York city in 2017 where I started a small catering business, catering for various social, corporate and non profit events. I also worked as the Garde Manger chef at Belcampo Meat Company, Hudson Yards and the chef de cuisine at Taszo Espresso bar and Taszo Bistro, uptown Manhattan. I have an Masters of Business Administration, a bachelor in marketing and a diploma in French literature. I Didn't go to culinary school but I did spend a lot of time in the kitchen with the chefs during my time with Jumeirah which ignited my love for food and cooking and incited me to start cooking for families and events. I will work closely with you to create an unforgettable experience for you and your family and guests. I always go the extra mile for my clients; sourcing the best and freshest ingredients and most friendly and attentive staff.
